New Candidate List: Support for Searching Against Work History

What's new?

You can now search candidate Work History directly from the New Candidate List. To add a Work History filter, click Add Filters in the Advanced Search window and select the Work History tab to view Work History-specific filters.

Why does it matter?

This enhancement expands filtering options to include candidate Work History fields, providing parity with the legacy Candidate List and making it easier to refine searches.

How do I enable this?

This update is automatically applied to the new Candidate List. The rollout of the new Candidate List is currently in progress, and it will be available to all customers by the end of 2025.
